Learning Technique Course by PSSCM UiTM...

Yesterday, about 20 students from Persatuan Seni Silat Cekak Malaysia UMP(PSSCM UMP) went to UiTM Cawangan Jengka for a seminar that is called Learning Technique Course. The aim for the seminar are to teach the students how study in smart + hard. This is because as the member of PSSCM,we not only just good in self-defense for protecting ourselves, but we as students in university, must good in academic too. Next, the seminar is set for tighten up the relationship between other members in PSSCM in others IPTA/IPTS. Before that, we went to UiTM by bus at 7.30am and arrived at 9.10am.

The seminar started at 9.45am and finished at 4.45pm. The lecture is given by Encik Azman Bin A. Malik, a lecturer from INTEC UiTM Shah Alam. In the Lecture, Encik Azman or Abang Man told us how to study by using the concept of the subjects and not the details about subjects. Plus, he showed us how to review the subject by using the concept map. He also stated that remember is not same as memorize. But, remember same as we understand, think and speak(discussion). Moreover, in the seminar, we all have to form groups and gave a presentation by using the technique that have been taught. In addition, he also told us how to manage good time management and how to recognize and read the lecturer's body language. Next, He also told how to take notes in active way and warned about taking notes in passive way. Lastly, he told us how to study the subject by using S.Q.3R ways. We ended the session with taking pictures before we departed back to UMP at 6.30 pm.
