Do you know about football? Football is one of the most popular sport among other such as rugby, basketball and hockey. In the reality world, football is played in a field with tactics and skills. The teams is managed by a team manager that always at the outside field line to give instruction to the player. For now, people always imagine how they can manage their own team and get the major cup in every competition.
So, Sega Games Corporation collaborate with The Sports Interactive create a new games for the people manage their favourite teams in virtual. The games is name as Football Manager. The first Football Manager is launch in November 5, 2004. Now, The Football Manager have the new version that is Football Manager 2008 and launch in August 2007. In the next paragraph, I will tell you all the similarities and differences about Football Manager 2008 and Football Manager 2006.
The first similarity is the both games have same 2-D graphics view. This is because the developers wants both games to be user-friendly and not complicated for the user. Plus, both games have same football league database like English Premier League, Scotland Premier League, France Ligue One, and many more. This is because the developers want user satisfy to manage their favourite team in any major league. Second, the purpose of creating this games. Both games have same purpose for the football fans which is how its like to be football manager in action.
The are differences between this two games. For the first difference, its about the interface. The Football Manager 2008 is more futuristic rather than Football Manager 2006. This is because when time changed, new design will be implemented in the games. So, for the result, it would looks nice and more user will come and buy this games. Next, the database for Football Manager 2008(FM 2008) is larger than Football Manager 2006(FM 2006) . The FM2008 uses about 1Gigabytes hard disk space, but FM2006 uses only 580 Megabytes hard disk spaces. The reason is FM2008 have 3D graphic view and have more player details in this games.
